The International Court of Justice ordered the Zionist entity to stop its attack on Rafah.

He stated, “United Nations officials have constantly emphasized the dangers to which civilians are exposed in Rafah, and the temporary measures taken do not fully address the consequences of the changing situation in the Gaza Strip,” explaining, “The World Food Program said that it has become unable to deliver aid to Rafah, and the entity The Zionist did not provide enough to ensure the safety and security of the displaced.”
He continued, “The court finds that the situation resulting from the Zionist entity’s attack on Rafah represents an increasing danger to civilians, and the circumstances require changing our decision issued on March 28,” pointing out, “The court finds that any military action in Rafah will cause total destruction in the region.” according to the genocide convention, any additional action in Rafah may lead to partial or total destruction.
He stressed, "The Zionist entity must stop its military attack on Rafah immediately, and the court believes that the dangerous and catastrophic situation in Gaza requires the implementation of orders that were issued previously," noting, "The Zionist entity must take effective measures to ensure the arrival of any committee to investigate the accusation." Genocide, and the court believes that the Zionist entity must submit a report to the court regarding the measures it took within a month.”
He explained, "The court calls for the immediate and unconditional release of the prisoners, and stresses the necessity of implementing the orders it issued previously."
