Rafidain Bank decided to grant a loan of 75 million dinars for citizens and employees for the purpose of buying residential units in investment projects as a contribution to alleviate the housing crisis.
The bank's information office said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency that the Rafidain Bank decided to grant loans according to the geographical area for the purpose of buying housing units in investment projects implemented recently in all provinces of Iraq stressing that the policy of the Bank aims to support Employees and citizens contribute to the alleviation of housing crisis and encourages the marketing of housing units in investment projects.the bank stipulated that the percentage of completion of the housing unit is the one that qualifies it to provide its mortgage to guarantee the loan and the name of the borrower exclusively.
