Qatar Football Association congratulates our team’s qualification for Olympic Games in Paris

President of the Qatar Football Association, Jassim bin Rashid Al-Buainain, today, Monday, blessed our team’s qualification for the Olympic Games in Paris.

A statement by the Qatari Federation, received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), said: “The President of the Qatari Football Association congratulated the President of the Iraqi Football Association, Adnan Darjal, for our team’s qualification for the next Olympic Games in Paris.

The following is the text of the message: 
I am pleased to offer you my best regards. I am pleased in my name and on behalf of my brothers, members of the Executive Committee of the Qatar Football Association, we would like to extend our warmest congratulations and congratulations to the President of the Iraqi Federation and to the members of your esteemed federation on the occasion of the Iraqi national football team’s third place in the 2024 AFC U-23 Cup finals and its qualification to the 2024 Paris Olympics.

We also congratulate the members of the Qatar Football Association’s Executive Committee. "The technical and administrative staff and the players, wishing continued success for Iraqi football, and further progress and prosperity."
