West Ham's obstacle reduces Liverpool's chances of winning the English Premier League title

Liverpool's chances of competing for the English Premier League title were reduced by a draw with host West Ham United in Week 35 of the Premier League.

Andrew Robertson (38) and Alphonse Iola scored an own goal for Liverpool (65), while Jarrod Bowen (43) and Michel Antonio (77) scored for the hosts.

With this result, Liverpool remains in third place in the English Premier League standings with a score of 75, while West Ham is in eighth place in the English Premier League standings with 49 points.

Liverpool was looking for the three points in an attempt to maintain its chances of competing for the English Premier League title.

In the previous round, Liverpool lost to Everton by two goals to one, causing it to fall in the standings. It was also eliminated from the European League by Atalanta in the quarter-finals.

Arsenal leads the English Premier League with 77 points, collected from winning 24 matches, drawing 5 and losing the same, scoring 82 goals and conceding 26.
