Najaf Criminal Court : severe imprisonment against an officer for bribery crime

    Najaf Criminal Court issued, on Wednesday, a severe three-year prison sentence against a brigadier general for the crime of bribery.

     Media Center of the Supreme Judicial Council stated, in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "the convict was working as the director of the Juvenile Police Department in Najaf province”.
     
    The statement added that" The sentence was issued based on the provisions of resolution 160 of 1983".
