Completion pace increased at the Salah al-Din Olympic Stadium :MOYS

The engineering staff implementing the Salah al-Din Olympic stadium project continues its work to reach advanced completion rates under direct supervision of the Ministry of youth and sports - MOYS .

" Salah al-Din Olympic stadium project, which can accommodate 30 thousand spectators, witnessed an increase in the pace of completion through the implementation of multiple details by the Italian company “bancada” , under the direction of  Youth and Sports Minister  Ahmed Al-Mubarqa”, the Ministry said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA ).

“The resident engineer Qusai Samir said that ,the completion rates of the project have reached more than 50%, and the works are continuing and have exceeded very important stages" adding that "the project consists of the main stadium building with a capacity of 30 thousand spectators, as well as training stadiums with a capacity of two thousand spectators with an athletics track and another arena with a capacity of 500 spectators, and a four-star hotel consisting of six floors and 75 rooms”, the statement added.
