Korea eliminates Australia and qualifies for the semi-finals of the Asian Cup

    South Korea qualified today, Friday for the semi-finals of the Asian Nations Cup by defeating Australia with two goals to one in the Asian Cup in Qatar.

    The Australian national team succeeded in ending the first half ahead of its counterpart, the South Korean national team, with an empty goal, through player Craig Goodwin in the 42nd minute. 

    In the second half, Hwang Hee Chan scored the equalizer for Korea in the 90th minute from the penalty mark, while Heung-Min Son added The winning goal in the first extra period.
