The Jordanian national team reached the semi-finals of the Asian Cup, for the first time in its history, after a 1-0 victory over Tajikistan, today, Friday, in the match that brought the two teams together at Ahmed Bin Ali Stadium in the Asian Cup.
Tajikistan player Vahdat Hanunov scored, by mistake, in the 66th minute, the only goal of the match.
The Jordanian national team will meet in the semi-finals with the winner of the Australia-South Korea match, which will be held later today.
