The Central Criminal Court issued a life imprisonment sentence against a terrorist for the crime of belonging to ISIS terrorist gangs and glorifying

them in Baghdad.

“The terrorist was also found in possession of a personal photo wearing the military uniform of the criminal gangs, in addition to video clips, and pictures of the terrorist Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi", the supreme judicial council-SJC stated in a statement, received by The Iraqi News Agency-INA.

"The ruling was issued based on the provisions of Article Four/1 and in terms of Article Two/1 and 3 of the Anti-Terrorism Law No. 13 of 2005 and in accordance with the provisions of article 132/1 of the Penal Code, " The statement added.
