The Joint Operations Command (JOC) declared on Monday that the fourth phase of Waad Al-Haq operations has begun.
In a statement obtained by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), the Command declared that "Waad Al-Haq operations continued in their fourth phase under the supervision of the Joint Operations Command according to accurate information from intelligence agencies, as the Counter-Terrorism Service units launched today, with the support of the Air Force Aviation, operations against the targets and hideouts of ISIS terrorist gangs in Hatra."
The success of preemptive operations to destroy terrorist hideouts in areas where these gangs think they have established a safe haven will be enhanced by collaborative intelligence work, according to JOC.
