SMC announces the launch of the third phase of “Waad al-Haq” operations

Today, Sunday, the Security Media Cell SMC announced the launch of the third phase of “Waad al-Haq” operations.

SMC stated in a statement received by Iraqi news agency( INA ), “According to accurate intelligence information and field planning by the Joint Operations Command, the various security units continue to pursue the remaining members of ISIS terrorist gangs.”

The statement noted that “the third phase of “Waad al-Haq” Operation was launched with support from the Air Force Falcons in Diyala, Salah al-Din, Douz, Kirkuk, and Samarra operations sectors, and from several axes”.

“The operations of the security service’s heroes are continuing to enhance security and stability, pursue the remaining defeated ISIS detachments, destroy their hideouts, and cleanse the lands of their filth”, it added.
