Iraq brings its case of "Iranian aggression" before the UN

The Foreign Ministry declared that the UN Security Council and the UN had received a complaint against Iran.
 
"Iraq made a complaint a to the United Nations Security Council and the United Nations, related to the Iranian missile aggression that targeted the city of Erbil and ended up causing casualties of innocent civilians, injuries to others, and damage to public and private property," the ministry stated in a statement obtained by the Iraqi News Agency (INA).

It went on, "through the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Iraq in New York, it filed a complaint by virtue of identical letters to both the Secretary-General of the United Nations and the President of the Security Council, in which it confirmed that this aggression is a clear breach of Iraq's sovereignty, territorial integrity, and the security of the Iraqi people."
