Holy Karbala Criminal Court issues 15 years of imprisonment for a criminal who promoted Daesh terrorist ideas

The Holy Karbala Criminal Court  issued, on Sunday, a 15-year prison sentence  against a criminal who spread the operations of Daesh and adopted its ideas.

The Judicial Council said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA ) that "The criminal used social networking sites to spread operations targeting the security forces, in addition to communicating with people belonging to Daesh terrorist gangs to publish his ideas and encourage others to support him”.

" The rulings were issued based on the provisions of Article 4/ 1 of Anti-Terrorism Law No. 13 of 2005 and the indication of Article 2 / 1 and 3 and the indication of Article 132 of the Penal Code "the statement added.
