Zidan: The martyrdom of victory leaders was terrorist crime that constituted a severe violation of sovereignty

The President of the Supreme Judicial Council-SJC, Judge Faaq Zidan, confirmed on Friday that the martyrdom of victory leaders was the result of a treacherous terrorist crime that represented a flagrant violation of Iraqi sovereignty.

"The martyrdom of the victory leaders was the result of terrorist crime that represented a flagrant violation of Iraqi sovereignty and international conventions violation " Zidan said during his speech at the official Central forum to commemorate the victory leaders on the fourth anniversary of their martyrdom, attended by the Iraqi News Agency (INA).

Zidan added that" The immortal martyrs Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis and Qasem Soleimani are heroes of victory battles over ISIS terrorists" pointing out that" despite the anniversary pain, but its commemoration is a duty for every honorable patriot for what the martyrs gave in the liberation battles and ended terrorist gangs”.

Zidan continued "We excuse those who do not know the truth about the two martyrs, and those who know the truth and deliberately distort it have no value in his opinion. The two eternal martyrs are the noblest of us, and they are our pride and glory-makers".
