A suspect accused of smuggling petroleum products arrested in Nineveh, says Energy Police

    The Energy Police Directorate announced on Tuesday, the arrest of a person accused of smuggling petroleum products in Nineveh.
     
    “Detachments of the First Brigade of the Energy Police arrested a suspect accused of smuggling petroleum products and seized his vehicle (a tanker),” stated the Directorate in a statement , received by the Iraqi News Agency-INA.
     
    The statement added: “The vehicle was seized to complete the investigative procedures and presenting it to the competent judiciary.”
