The Application of the Iraqi News Agency (INA) got the first place in the annual public opinion poll for 2023 conducted by the College of Media at the University of Baghdad.
The Republic of Iraq Radio also won first place as best radio, while Al-Iraqiya Channel won second place, and Al-Iraqiya News Channel announcer Sadiq Al-Shammari won as best news broadcaster, and Al-Iraqiya News Channel correspondent Sajjad Al-Moussawi won first place as best news correspondent, while ( Al-Sabah) ranked second as the best newspaper.
In this regard, the President of the University, Dr. Munir Hamid Al-Saadi, confirmed to the Iraqi News Agency (INA) that “graduate students in the Department of Public Relations at the College of Information, University of Baghdad, conducted a survey according to certain criteria like the impact of the media message, the acceptability and clarity through a well-prepared form and the collection of results ".
"The survey covered 1,100 people, including a group of professors at various Iraqi universities."
He added, "This annual report helps the university's interaction with media institutions and urges those responsible to exert more effort," indicating that "the results are real due to adopting the scientific methods.”
