Every year, the newspaper prepares a list of the 100 best players in the world based on the votes of 218 people, including former football players such as Philipp Lahm and Karen Carney.
Frenchman Kylian Mbappé, Paris Saint-Germain player, is ranked third, followed by Englishman Harry Kane, Bayern Munich player, fourth, and Spanish Rodri, Manchester City player, fifth.
Brazilian Vinicius, Real Madrid player, ranked sixth, followed by Egyptian Mohamed Salah seventh, then Belgian Kevin De Bruyne, Manchester City player, eighth, and then Nigerian Victor Osimhen, Napoli player, ranked ninth.
Argentine Lionel Messi, the American Inter Miami player, came in tenth place.
Portuguese Cristiano Ronaldo, the Saudi Al-Nasr player, ranked 27th.
