The late President Talabani succeeded in overcoming the country's crises, says President Rashid

President of the Republic Abdul Latif Jamal Rashid confirmed on Wednesday, that the late President Jalal Talabani succeeded in overcoming the country's crises.

Rashid said, at the first national forum to commemorate the late President Jalal Talabani in Holy Najaf, attended by the correspondent of the Iraqi News Agency- INA that "the late president was influenced by the values of the holy Najaf province," indicating that  “Najaf is a bridge for communication between brothers and Sons of the same Homeland”.

He added that “The late president stressed in more than one occasion the wisdom of the religious authority”, confirming that “he succeeded in overcoming the country's many crises".

The president of the Republic reiterated, "Adhering to the late Talabani's March of reunification".
