Al-Halbousi and Masrour Barzani stress the necessity of resolving the outstanding problems

The Speaker of the House of Representatives, Muhammad Al-Halbousi, and the Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Regional Government of Iraq, Masrour Barzani, stressed the necessity of resolving the outstanding problems.

A statement issued by the media office of the Speaker of the House of Representatives said: “Al-Halbousi received the Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Regional Government and the Deputy Prime Minister of the Regional Government, Mr. Qubad Talabani, and the delegation accompanying them.”.

The statement added, "The meeting discussed the political situation in the country, and the outstanding financial and legal problems between the federal government and the regional government, and emphasized the necessity of resolving them and securing the salaries of employees throughout the country."
