PM Al-Sudani Inspects Infrastructure Projects in Al-Zubair District, Basra

Prime Minister Mohammed S. Al-Sudani conducted on Saturday, an on-site inspection of various infrastructure and service projects located in Al-Zubair District, Basra Governorate.
 
The Media Office of the Prime Minister said in a statement, received by The Iraqi News Agency-INA that “ Prime Minister received updates on the ongoing projects in Al-Zubair District, including the Zubair Transformational Power Station (33000-400 volts) second phase, the potable water project, and  Al-Zubair Sewage Treatment Plant. Additionally, he reviewed various service-related projects in the district, such as street lighting, groundwater networks, green spaces, sidewalks, road paving, traffic signage, and the rehabilitation of sewage treatment plants. These projects are advancing at a commendable pace.
 
The statement added,“During his inspection tour, the Prime Minister had the opportunity to engage with local residents from the district. He actively listened to their concerns, complaints, and feedback regarding the ongoing projects. He also provided directives to district officials, urging them to make every possible effort to address and resolve the issues and challenges faced by the citizens”.
