Maysan Operations Command announces preparing its vehicles to transport visitors from port of Al-Sheeb to governorate center

    Maysan Operations Command announced on Sunday the preparation of its vehicles to transport pilgrims from the Al-Sheeb port to the governorate center.

    Maysan Operations Commander Lieutenant General Mohammed Jassim al-Zubaidi told the Iraqi News Agency (INA): "The supply and transport company of Lamish 97 / Maysan Operations Command has equipped its own vehicles to transport pilgrims to the Arbaeen of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him) from the port of Al-Sheeb to the center of the province and 24 hours a day until the end of the pilgrimage in anticipation of any momentum that occurs during the piligrimage."
     
    He added, "A special garage has been allocated for parking vehicles near the port of Al-Sheeb to facilitate the process of transporting pilgrims," noting that "this comes within the security and service plan developed by the Maysan Operations Command in partnership with the service and health departments in the province."
