The Ministry of Migration and Displaced confirmed the continuation of work to remove the challenges facing the completion of the return of all displaced persons to their areas, while indicating that a conference within the national project to encourage migrant talents to return will soon be held .
The ministry's spokesman, Ali Abbas Jahangir, told the Iraqi News Agency (INA): "One of the priorities of the ministry's work until the end of this year is to create appropriate conditions in the areas of return and strive to make it a safe environment and remove challenges, in addition to solving problems and directing the relevant departments, by providing services to the maximum extent.".
With regard to the file of the return of migrant national talents, Jhangiz indicated that "there is a national project to communicate with migrant national talents, and soon there will be a national conference to discuss this issue, and talents will be invited to participate in it.".
He added, "The government plans to include a clear strategy first to invest the potential of migrant minds and then provide the requirements for their involvement in decision-making in the areas of construction, energy, health and economy," pointing out, "The most important thing in this project is communication through associations or gatherings present in Europe and America, to work in this direction.
