SJC, CMC discuss mechanisms used to monitor violations of some channels and social media

The President of the Supreme Judicial Council SJC, Faiq Zeidan, discussed on Wednesday with the Chairman and members of the Board of Commissioners of the National Communications and Media Commission CMC how to support state resources and monitor violations of some fake satellite channels and social networking sites.
 
 
A statement by SJC, received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), stated that "the head of the Supreme Judicial Council, Faiq Zaidan, received the chairman of the Board of Commissioners in the National Communications and Media Commission CMC, Bassam Salem, and the members of the council, Abdul Adhim Muhammad Saleh and Muhammad Al-Hamad."
 
The statement added that " Zaidan discussed with the chairman and members of the Board of Commissioners in the National Communications and Media Commission CMC, how to strengthen the state's resources from the telecommunications sector and the legal mechanisms used to monitor violations of some satellite channels and fake social networking sites."
