Baghdad to host the Asian Bow and Arrow Championship

The Executive Office of the Continental Federation announced today, Thursday, the approval of the Asian Bow and Arrow Federation to host the capital, Baghdad, the Asian Championship competitions for the category of applicants for men and women in February next year.

A member of the Executive Office of the Continental Confederation, President of the Game Federation, Saad Al-Mashhadani, said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA): “The Executive Office of the Asian Confederation agreed today, in its online meeting, to host the capital, Baghdad, for the Asian Championship competitions in the game for applicants of both sexes.” From the 25th of February to the 2nd of March.

Al-Mashhadani added, "The Asian Championship, in which more than 17 continental teams are scheduled to participate, will be among the official qualifying tournaments for the Paris Olympics in the summer of next year."
