 Iraq possesses vast reserves of oil and gas, while Qatar serves as a prime model for maintaining a sustainable energy industry. This is especially crucial for the well-being of our two nations during this critical period.

 Presently, our government prioritizes forging connections and fostering interdependence in infrastructure and mutual investments with our regional and international allies and partners.

 The State of Qatar remains our steadfast ally and key partner in the region.

 Iraq has reclaimed its natural position and role in the region and is prepared to collaborate with our brothers and friends in attaining peace, prosperity, and development.

Presently, Iraq's secure and politically stable environment creates a promising atmosphere for work, as we discussed with His Highness Sheikh Tamim.

 We explored the economic prospects and potential collaboration of Qatari companies in our reconstruction, services, and infrastructure projects.

 We highlighted the investment opportunities tied to the pivotal and promising Development Road project in Iraq and the region, particularly involving Al- Faw Grand Port and the industrial city.

 The Development Road project presents an opportunity for economic partnership, and we appreciate Qatar's sincere interest in participating.

 Our discussions encompassed collaboration in security and information sharing to safeguard our mutual security and regional stability.

 We have signed a declaration of intent for comprehensive cooperation in political, economic, energy, oil, and investment domains.
 
 A signing ceremony is scheduled between the private sectors of both countries, focusing on energy, housing projects, and other investments.

 Arab and regional countries possess the potential to establish a prosperous economic bloc that benefits all the people in the region. Our efforts are directed towards achieving this goal.

 I emphasized to His Highness the Emir of the State of Qatar the importance of collaborative efforts and coordinated positions to address challenges and promote regional stability.
