PM congratulates the anniversary of the founding of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan

Prime Minister Muhammad Shia Al-Sudani congratulated today, Thursday, on the forty-eighth anniversary of the founding of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan.

Al-Sudani mentioned in the congratulations, which were seen by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "today we are passing the forty-eighth anniversary of the founding of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan, as a sincere national movement that has been active in combating dictatorship, and striving to achieve cultural, social and political demands, and hopes for democracy and justice for our Kurdish people in particular." and for all the Iraqi people.

He added, "On this occasion, we recall the honorable positions of the late President Mam Jalal Talabani, the founder of the Union and the unifying national figure, and his efforts that are not overlooked in building the new Iraq, and establishing the path of the constitution, justice and equality, in a vivid image of our country, as it confidently steps towards consolidating the great gains that it has achieved."
