The Minister of Defense, Thabet Al-Abbasi, received today, Thursday, the two Air Force planes returning with Iraqi nationals from Sudan.
The Ministry of Defense said, in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "under the direction of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, the Minister of Defense received the two Air Force planes returning from the state of Sudan, which transported the Iraqi nationals and community from there.".
Today, Thursday, the spokesman for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ahmed Al-Sahhaf, announced the arrival of the two Iraqi community planes coming from Sudan to Baghdad International Airport, carrying (234) people, including 16 Syrian citizens.
