Defense Minister announces the creation of the position of Secretary of the Martyrs and the Wounded

Minister of Defense Thabet Muhammad Al-Abbasi announced on Sunday, the creation of the position of Secretary of the Martyrs and the Wounded.

Al-Abbasi said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA): "According to the directives of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, and the goal that we set to take care of the families of the martyrs and the wounded, they are very proud and made invaluable sacrifices, because of them the precious soil of Iraq was preserved, we directed the creation of the position of Secretary of the Martyrs' Secret The wounded are in the Secretariat of the General Secret, and Brigadier General Hazim Salman Hassan has been assigned to manage this position to find out their needs and requests."
