Baghdad Ops announces the security plan of al-Arbaeen event

INA - BAGHDAD Baghdad Ops announced on Tuesday the special security plan that’s to be applied during al-Arbaeen Marching to Karbala. The plan included that no roads to be blocked meanwhile and a special hotline of 104 has been exclusively specified for this event. Railways roads to Karbala have been well secured and ready to have the people marching to Karbala. The plan also included that two-ton vehicles or big vans won't be allowed to enter Baghdad except the fuel trucks of the Ministry of Transportation.
