Prime Minister, Mohammed S. Al-Sudani, exchanged greetings via telephone with kings, princes, and presidents of several Arab countries on the occasion of Eid Al-Fitr.
The Media Office of the Prime Minister said in a statement, received by the Iraqi news agency(INA),"His Excellency exchanged greetings with His Majesty King Abdullah II of Jordan, President of the Arab Republic of Egypt Abdel Fattah El-sisi, President of the United Arab Emirates Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Emir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, and President of the Syrian Arab Republic Mr. Bashar al-Assad.
The statement added,"During his conversations with his Arab brothers, the Prime Minister prayed to Allah Almighty to protect our brotherly peoples and bestow upon them security and prosperity, and to bless them with joy and stability during this holiday”.
