PM discuss with the Parliamentary Strategic Planning Committee the government's plans to implement its program priorities

    Prime Minister Muhammad Shia’ Al-Sudani discussed today, Sunday, with the Parliamentary Strategic Planning Committee the government's plans to implement the priorities of its program.
     
    The media office of the Prime Minister said, in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "Prime Minister Muhammad Shia' Al-Sudani received members of the Strategic Planning and Federal Service Committee in the House of Representatives," noting that "the meeting discussed the government's prepared plans for implementing its government program, and the most important priorities that aim to provide the best services to citizens and work hard to achieve economic reform as a first step towards comprehensive reforms in the structure of the state.
    According to the statement "The meeting witnessed deliberations on the draft general budget of three years, and its necessity for future planning and revitalization of the private sector, as well as in the implementation of strategic projects and the completion of lagging ones."
    Prime Minister stressed, according to the statement, "the importance of cooperation and coordination between the executive and legislative authorities in order to achieve work integration and achieve sustainable development goals."
    Al-Sudani pointed to "the importance of activating the oversight role in order to evaluate the government's work, enable it to improve its performance in serving the citizen, and support its efforts in fighting corruption."
