Rashid: The diversity of the people is an element of strength and a proof of cultural heritage

President of the Republic Abdul Latif Jamal Rashid said on Sunday that the diversity of the people represents an element of strength and living proof of the cultural heritage of the country.

The President of the Republic said in a tweet on the occasion of Easter, followed by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), "I extend congratulations and blessings to our Christian people on the occasion of Easter, wishing them a happy Eid in which they and all Iraqis enjoy security and peace."

He added, "The diversity that abounds in our people is an element of strength and living proof of the cultural and human heritage of our country, and it is a motivation for joint action for a prosperous future for all."
