Rashid, Barzani stress the importance of speeding up approval budget law

The President of the Republic, Abdul Latif Jamal Rashid, and the President of the Kurdistan Regional Government, Masrour Barzani, stressed today, Tuesday, the importance of expediting the approval of the budget.

The media office of the President of the Republic stated, in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA) that "Rashid received, at the Baghdad Palace, the President of the Kurdistan Regional Government, Masrour Barzani, and his accompanying delegation."

The statement added, "The President of the Republic praised the agreement to resume exporting the Kurdistan region's oil, and appreciated the efforts of the negotiating teams in the federal government and the regional government, in a way that strengthens relations to serve national interests."
