A Parliamentary Committee, NATO Mission Discuss Ways to Provide Support to Iraqi Security Forces

The Parliamentary Security and Defense Committee discussed on Wednesday with the NATO mission in Iraq ways to provide support to the Iraqi security forces.
 
The committee's media office said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "the head of the parliamentary security and defense committee, MP Abbas Al-Zamili, received the commander of the NATO mission in Iraq, General Giovanni M. Iannucci."
 
"During the meeting, they discussed ways to provide support from the NATO mission to the Iraqi security forces of all kinds, in the areas of training, strengthening military capabilities, and raising the level of professionalism and efficiency," it said.
