Prime Minister, Muhammad Shia Al-Sudani, agreed Thursday to meet Dhi Qar's energy needs.
The reporter of the Iraqi News Agency (INA) stated, "The Minister of Electricity, Ziyad Ali Fadel, met today with the deputy governor of Dhi Qar and Dhi Qar electricity officials, in addition to a number of provincial deputies and engineering cadres for production and distribution stations."
He added, "The minister announced that he had obtained the approval of the Prime Minister, Muhammad Shia Al-Sudani, to work to provide the energy needs of Dhi Qar Governorate."
