The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research - MOHESR announced on Monday, launching a platform for applied research that includes 50,000 scientific projects from various specialized fields, indicating that the platform will be linked to all state institutions.
"The ministry has a set of platforms in documenting research in the applied field in various disciplines, and these researches are scientific projects presented by Iraqi universities," said the ministry's spokesman, Haider Al-Aboudi, to the Iraqi News Agency - INA.
He added, "The purpose of the platform is to link it with all state institutions, to feed it with scientific solutions to all technical, procedural, environmental and economic problems, presented by specialized researchers in various fields. The linking process represents an interactive field between the university and the community."
"Iraqi universities, via the platform, whose 4th phase has been completed, have provided 50,000 scientific projects from various universities," he noted.
