The Iraqi Football Association announced on Wednesday, its approval for the national team to play an international friendly exhibition match against its Russian counterpart in Sochi, Russia on 27th, February.
"This match comes as part of our national team's preparations for the upcoming international events," said the federation in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency - INA.
The statement included, "the match will be preceded by establishing a training camp in the Russian city itself. The camp will start on the 21st, Feb."
