PMF confronts a terrorist attack north of Al-Muqdadiya

    Popular Mobilization Forces (PMF) announced on Friday, that it had confronted a terrorist attack north of Muqdadiya in Diyala Governorate.

    PMF said, in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "a force from the second regiment in the 62nd Brigade of PMF managed to confront an ISIS terrorist attack north of Muqdadiya district in Diyala province."

     The statement added, "A group of terrorist ISIS remnants attacked a security point belonging to the second regiment in the Al-Hib area, north of Al-Muqdadiya district, before the force confronted them."
