Military Intelligence: Arresting Four terrorists in Anbar and Samarra

The Military Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense announced on Wednesday, the elimination of four terrorists in Anbar and Samarra.

A statement by the Directorate, received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), stated that "tight ambushes were set up in separate areas of Anbar and Samarra through preemptive operations and distinguished efforts of the intelligence and security departments and divisions of the Samarra Operations Command, and the Fifth and Tenth Division, in cooperation with intelligence and a force from the brigades of those leaders."

The statement added, "The operations resulted in the arrest of (4) terrorists wanted by the judiciary, according to the provisions of Article (4 terrorism), in districts of Ramadi, Rutba, Samarra, and Tikrit, and they were duly handed over to the requesting authorities."
