The spokesman for the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Major General Yahya Rasoul, called on citizens to avoid firing bullets, with the conclusion of Gulf 25.
"We call on citizens to celebrate the conclusion of the Gulf 25 in a civilized manner and to avoid firing bullets," Rasoul said in a recording received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA).
He added that "its launch could lead to deaths and injuries," praising the official, sports and popular events that supported the establishment of the tournament and its success and supported the national team to reach the final.
