The deputy head of the Ukrainian presidential administration, Kirillo Tymoshenko, announced that the Russian army bombed twice the city of Kramatorsk in eastern Ukraine, after the entry into force of a ceasefire announced by Moscow.
Tymoshenko wrote on Telegram, "The Russians hit the city with missiles twice. A private residential building was hit. According to preliminary information, there are no casualties."
