Iraq is looking forward to strengthening relations with Spain

Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Shakhwan Abdullah, confirmed today, Tuesday, Iraq's aspiration to strengthen relations with Spain.
The media office of the Deputy Speaker of Parliament stated, in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA) that "Abdullah met with the Spanish ambassador to Iraq, Pedro Martinez, and the two sides reviewed during the meeting developments in the political and security situation on the Iraqi scene."
  "The two sides also discussed a number of important files and issues."
The Deputy Speaker of Parliament confirmed, according to the statement, Iraq's aspiration to strengthen bilateral relations and joint cooperation between the two countries in various cultural and economic fields.
