He added, "This fund represents a new idea in amending state administration systems, based on activating the private sector and developing capital. It will eliminate corruption, and provide thousands of job opportunities,"

"We have included all groups in the Social Security Law, as it encourages working in the private sector instead of waiting for government appointment. It includes all categories and all private businesses, no matter how small," he noted.

The Prime Minister explained, "People's optimism is a great additional responsibility, and our curriculum is not ideal, but works according to the data, for work depends on political stability," stressing, "We will enter into the prohibited files in order to confront corruption, and we will first start reforming the institutions concerned with fighting corruption."

"We will address express services, because the root of the problem is the citizen's loss of confidence in the service or the political system," he pointed out, adding "we have reached global rates of teachers' availability for schools, but poor distribution hinders the service of the educational process."

Al-Sudani asserted "the concerns of the next stage, go as some say that it is the government of 'the last chance', and in fact there are challenges as there is the ability to succeed. Accurate diagnosis of problems exists and opportunities are at hand," noting that "I ought to mention the heavy legacy, all its details and on all levels. I meet with civil and security officials on daily basis, who I find seeking help from accumulated big problems."

He referred to the problems that the governors suffer from, "they have not been heard before, and they work alone without a provincial council. Most of their problems are related to routine procedures with the ministries."

"The challenges are clear to us, and in light of it we designed the ministerial curriculum. We have a deadline for each track of one, two or three years. The criterion is how to succeed and make a difference at the level of service and livelihood", he included, adding "If we agreed that the constitution is always the cover, the problems between Baghdad and Erbil all have a solution, and I spoke about this matter directly to the officials in the Kurdistan region of Iraq."

PM Al-Sudani highlighted that "the killing of the US citizen Stephen Troll is a crime whose timing is intentional. Behind this, stands those who seek to test the government. We have leads that lead us to the perpetrators, and I personally follow the progress of the investigations."

He also included, "No one can ignore poverty, and they needs direct treatments. It cannot wait for reforms and long-term plans. Everything must stop in order to address their conditions and reduce their living suffering."

"The engineering effort team has started implementing service projects in neighborhoods in three regions in Baghdad. The work implemented there is
not patchwork, but according to the required specifications, and the same projects will be implemented in other worn-out neighborhoods in the governorates," he noted, adding "we have more than 1,450 slow or stopped projects. It caused costing Iraq huge sums, and it focused on these projects, some of which extend the work term for more than ten years."

Al-Sudani concluded by saying that “the continuation of the attacks on the border areas depends on the unification of the unified national discourse inside Iraq in order to confront this situation. Our lands are not meant to be a springboard for aggression against Iraq’s neighbors. An essential part in our relations with brotherly and friendly countries is the recovery of funds as Iraq is a member of the International Anti-Corruption Convention. It has the right to demand it.”
