The Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) decided on Wednesday, to form a ministerial delegation to negotiate with Baghdad.
"KGR met today and decided to form a ministerial delegation consisting of the ministers of finance, planning and natural resources, to negotiate with Baghdad," KRG stated in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA).
The statement indicated that "the most important paragraphs of negotiation with the federal government will be the dialogue on constitutional rights, Article 140, the region's share of the budget, the oil and gas file, the region's participation in federal institutions, and the file and rights of the Peshmerga, , according to the statement.
