The head of Iraqi Media Network, Interior Minister discuss cooperation and the role of the media in establishing security

The head of Iraqi Media Network, Dr. Nabil Jassim, discussed on Sunday,with the Minister of Interior Abdul Amir Al-Shammari, bilateral cooperation and the role of the media in establishing security and stability.

This came during a visit by the The head of Iraqi Media Network to the headquarters of the Ministry of Interior and his meeting with Minister Abdul-Amir Al-Shammari to congratulate him on his assumption of the position of Minister of Interior.

The two sides discussed the role of the media in establishing security and stability and in conveying the victories achieved against ISIS terrorist gangs.

Al-Shammari  also praised "the role played by the Iraqi Media Networked headed by Dr. Nabil Jassim and its progress for the better through its accurate  and urgent news and programs that send positive messages to the Iraqi citizen in various fields", congratulating "Dr. Nabil Jassim on the 63rd anniversary of the establishment of the Iraqi News Agency (INA)."
