U.S. Ambassador to Baghdad, Alina Romanowski stressed on Saturday, that progress in common interests with Baghdad is important to the Iraqis.
"The strategic framework agreement will guide our relations with the new Iraqi government," said Romanowski in a tweet on her Twitter account.
She included, "Progress in achieving our common interests is important to the Iraqis. An Iraq that fights corruption and creates job opportunities, an Iraq that is stable through strong government security institutions and free of Daesh, and an Iraq that is resilient to deal with climate change."
