Oil prices had a decline of more than 2.5 percent in just 24 hours, as it went below $92 a barrel.
Brent crude futures were at $91.89 a barrel, down by $94.29 at the closure, yesterday.
Meanwhile, US crude futures recorded $86.77 a barrel, compared to $89.35 at the closure, yesterday.
