Iraq discusses with 4 countries the violation of national sovereignty and the water file

The Iraqi delegation, headed by Representative Shakhwan Abdullah, discussed today, Tuesday, with 4 countries the violation of national sovereignty and the water file.
 
The media office of the Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives stated in a statement, that "the Iraqi delegation headed by Shakhwan Abdullah Ahmed was held on the second day in a row and within the 145th General Assembly of the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU) and the 210th session of the Governing Council in the Republic of Rwanda the capital city, Kigali, a series of meetings and side consultations with the delegations of the participating countries, (The Kingdom of Bahrain, the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, the State of Palestine, and the Republic of Yemen).
 
The statement added that "the delegation seeks to gain international solidarity and support on the issue of the emergency item that Iraq presented to the agenda regarding the continuation of repeated attacks on its lands and airspace and the violation of national sovereignty by neighboring countries, as well as the water file and Iraq's water share, which has become a threat to the country's water security.
