2 million pilgrims departed through border crossings, BPC chairman says

The chairman of the Border Ports Commission, Maj. Gen. Omar Adnan Al-Waeli, announced on Tuesday, that the number of visitors who left through the border crossings has reached two million person.
 
“We visited Zorbatiya border crossing, to express our thanks and appreciation to all those who exerted their utmost efforts to serve the pilgrims of the Arbaeen of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him),” Al-Waeli said in a statement, received by The Iraqi News Agency (INA).
