Maysan Governorate announced Friday launching more than (90) vehicles to transport pilgrims from Maysan to the Holy Governorate of Karbala, free of charge, to perform the Arbaeen pilgrimage of Imam Hussein .
Maysan Governor Ali Dawai Lazem told the Iraqi News Agency (INA): “The vehicles are going according to a plan that includes coordination with the security services and service departments to provide support and backing, ensure the smooth movement of the vehicles and provide fuel for them, as well as securing quantities of juices, milk and water for pilgrims and service processions.
He added, "The vehicles will be secured for the pilgrims ' return after the Arbaeen rituals end."
